Crimson bounded up beside Ember.He admired her bravery so much! As he continued to walk, Crimson caught sight of a plump mouse. Crouching in hunting position,he steadily moved forward.Not noticing a tree root, he shot after the mouse and tripped over the root. he landed upside down, but quickly recovered.

Lightpelt headed of in the opposite direction to hunt.She quickly caught a mouse and then returned to the clearing to eat it.

"Are you alright?" Ember inquired softly, as she too crouched to hunt a bird. Springing with grace, she snapped her jaws on the helpless starling, bringing it down with a flutter of feathers. It's cheerful chirps cut silent, she poked it over to Crimson, after taking a few bites.
"I know it's a Clan thing, but...do you want to share it?" she asked, blushing underneath her heavy pelt.

Crimson nodded. "Yeah, sure. Besides, it's nice to learn new customs," Crimson replied as Ember raised her head from the bird. he took a couple of small bites from the brid, not sure how much he should take.

"You can have the rest. I'll hunt later." Ember turned to leave, wanting to get back, so Sakie couldn't tease them about certain things that she didn't want to mention. She hardly knew Crimson! It was completely illogical that she had feelings for him.

'Thanks," he said, blushing in his heart ('cause cats can't really blush!!). He finished the bird in a few bites, and slowly followed Ember back to camp. he thought about how it was so crazy that he already had a chance with Ember.

Ember flopped down on the hard-packed dirt, so lost in thought that she figured that she could just ignore Sakie and Lightpelt. She felt like she finally fit in, and that was a feeling she wouldn't have given up for anything. Furthermore, it was something she'd never felt in IceClan.

Now, Ember could feel that Crimson liked her, and liked her a lot. She wasn't sure how to handle it, and then, before she knew it, it was night, and she was asleep.

Crimson was curled up a couple of mouse-tail lenghts from Ember, sound asleep. It had been a long day.

Sakie sniffed at he two cats sharing their fresh-kill and dove off into the dense underbrush to catch his own prey. He spotted a squirrell and killed it, practising his fighting tecniques on it before it died, for he did not care about the prey's life, and dragged it back to the rogue camp to devour messily.

Sakie's thoughts wandered to Lightpelt, the pretty she-cat rogue.

He tried something he had never done before, and it was clumsy and awkward, and probably looked ridiculous, but he pushed his half-eated prey ver to her and asked if she wanted to share, after taking a deep breath that left him oxygen-high.

"Sure" Lightpelt said.She smiled at Sakie.She sat down and ate the rest of the mouse.

Sakie purred with the newfound happiness he was feeling.

"You're welcome! I'll go get some more." he added.
