Otter ran with the other cats across the Cloudclan border. Her belly flopped with unease, but she held strong.

Runningrain watched the small patrol leave, and felt her pelt prickle with unease. Something was amiss. She could feel it, and her heart never lied.

Mosspaw bounded into camp, very much out of breath. "Rogues!" she panted. "OK..." she paused to draw a gigantic breath - "OK." she said again. "The patrol that was lead out of camp found a rogue near Snakerocks - her name is Otter and she wants to join LightClan! This is OK with Goldenstar and seems to be OK with everyone on patrol but Otter is being our spy. But she had to leave because the big black one, Sakie I think, kinda felt that she was talking with Goldenstar. And Otter also says that - " she was about to pass out from lack of breath so she breathed semi-normally for a couple of seconds then drew another huge breath. " - the rogues are planning to steal kits! From our nursery! So Goldenstar is leading them on a warning patrol to all the Clans to tell them to guard their nursery and et cetera et cetera." she stopped again and repeated. "And they're on their way to CloudClan now with the news, then they're going to IceClan...and oh yes they're going to EmberClan last because of Ember this ex-EmberClan rogue who's on our side like Otter. And also because EmberClan's the farthest away." she drew breath yet again and lay down because she was tired from running all the way back to camp. "And that's it, I think. Whew." About 20 fozlenghts away, from the other side of the camp, a two shadows crouched in the darkness of a shadow of a tree. Sakie and Lightpelt. Sakie grinned, careful not to let his teeth show. This was going better than he expected. * * * |

Lightpelt started screeching as loud as possible along with Sakie. Then , she turned around and ran away. A few minutes later , they were back in rogue territory. " Mission Accomplished" Lightpelt thought.

Hey, Spiritkit, what do you want to happen to Spiritkit? Do you want us mean ole nasty rogues to not notice her? Or what?
BIC:// Sakie screeched alongside with Lightpelt, then darted off into the woods and ran beside her, but he was not afraid, unlike any rogue that was not on a mission would be.
Almost in the CloudClan camp, Goldenstar whirled around, her sensitive ears picking something up. She knew that there were a few strong warriors back at the LightClan camp, but most of the cats there were elders and kits and queens.
Thinking quickly, she told ________insert name here whoever wants to stay for a moment_______ to tell the CloudClan cats about the whole situation, and that, after they had done that, to return to the LightClan camp as fast as their paws could carry them.
Turning to CloudClan's deputy, Silverpelt, she asked, "I don't think IceClan or EmberClan knows about this yet - and there may be a problem back at the camp. Can you gather warriors to tell them?"
And then she was gone.
OOC:// Two or three things -
1. I'll also post this in the CloudClan camp so no one misses anything,
2. Silverpelt, re act as you want. I understand if she says that with the rogues so close it may not the best idea to desert the camp and tell other Clans.
3. Also, Silverpelt, I'll be trying to run into Sakie on my way there. He's going to get away but with some severe bites and scratches. I can not notice Lightpelt if you like.

Runningrain heard the ear-splitting screech and winced. "Protect the camp!" she yowled, as Ebonykit gazed at her, eyes wide with fear.
"Mama!" the tiny black kit squealed. "What's happening?"
She was never one to sugarcoat her words. "Rogues - don't you dare leave the nursery. They're attacking. If they come in here-" Runningrain shuddered "scratch them. Bite them. Claw them. Just don't leave the nursery unless a CLAN queen tells you to. Obey your elders. I may not survive this. You must be brave, little one."

Mosspaw's heart went out to the unhappy kit and her mother - this would be very hard for both of them. She urgently nudged the little black kit inside the nursryy, telling Runningrain, "It'll be OK! Protect the Clan, I'll help in here!"
