"I personally like Nightfang," Darkheart smiled; a rare occurrance. "So, Nightfang it is, then." He got up to speak to Crystalstar, a small gleam of pride showing in his copper eyes. He blinked and turned to Nightpaw, nudging her forwards.
Pawsteps thudded on the carpet of pine needles and Ember ran. She just full-out sprinted, and her fear gave her an adrenaline high, providing her the means to run faster. She ignored how ragged her breathing was, and pelted along until she crossed the border to CloudClan.

"Thank you so much, i love it.... Nightfang. heheehhe" Nightfng said jumping happily on the turf of the pine needles that cusion their paws.
" Darkheart, you havnt said anything about my to front paws. anything you want to tell me alone?" Nightfang said anxiously.

"Nightfang!" Darkheart leaped up like a hyperactive squirrel to be the first to congratulate his former apprentice. "I'm so proud of you. You'll have to sit vigil alone outside the camp tonight." He turned to Crystalstar, and locked eyes with her for a seconds. Then Darkheart pivoted.
"Hey - what did you do to your paws?" Darkheart's cry shattered the silence as he gazed in amazement at her bright red paws. "Go wash that off right now," he barked.

"I know im so happy! I can belive it im pritty much a warrior!! " She jumped again. and again. and again. Then she stopped. "Thank y- wait. Guard all night? Ok. why not."
" I made a mark on myself." Nightfang looked at her paws. Which had only the markings |> /\ \/\/ on them in a purply black. " it's permemnt it wont come on. heh. and my fur is white. so it'll be there for a while."
Crystalstar looked at Darkheart again. She liked the way he lookde at her. Yet she forgot about it. She had bigger busnes to attend too.
