Having followed his leader back to camp from the Gathering with the rest of his clanmates, Blacksquirrel simply sat down and waited for the rest of the Clan to assemble. He was curious as to how the rest of CloudClan would react to the new arrangements.

Rockfall knew what the annnouncement was about but the cats that stayed home didn't. Would they be affronted that they had to move to CloudClan? Or relieved, because they knew it was for the better.
His muscles tensed, he awaited the others to file in.

"Hello, Blacksquirrel." Pitchpaw slowly slid his lean body in next to the dark warrior's and gave him a friendly look. "Did I miss much? I was visiting the kits; I think Silentkit knows something's going on." He paused, briefly, and turned to look to Rockfall. His muscles tensed instinctively at the grim look on his face, and Pitchpaw shifted restlessly from paw to paw.

Silverstar started the clan meeting. " All the clan's are moving to Emberclam temporaily due to the rogue situation. We will be leaving tomorrow at dawn." Silverstar said. She sat down and waited for the clan cat's responses.

Silverfur was unsure of her feelings towards the decision. Instead she simply nodded. She had never really paid attention to the Emberclan cats. She couldn't help wondering if she could trust them.
She decided to simply nod.

Earlier: Mossapw trotted into the camp, coming back from the gathering .
Now: Mosspaw spoke up. "Why are we moving to Emebrclan territory? We can defend ourselves.."

"Hi Pitchpaw," Blacksquirrel meowed politely to the apprentice, his long whiskers twitching slightly at his comment about Silentkit. "Yes, and Silentkit will find out what that something is fairly quickly."
His blue eyes darted up to Silverstar when she started to speak. It wasn't anything he hadn't already heard, of course, but at least now he would find out what the rest of the Clan thought about it.
Adding to Mosspaw's question, Blacksquirrel did exactly the same thing he had done at the Gathering. "I still see flaws in this," he meowed. "I don't think there's enough room in EmberClan for the cats of the other three Clans. And even if there were-what are the chances of the rogues trying to take us all on over there? They'd barely get past the border, much less to the nursery. And when they see how futile it would be, what's stopping them from simply going back and trying their luck on another day, when the Clans are caught off guard?"
His tail was lashing to and fro with quick thought.
"Let us take our kits and Queens over to the EmberClan nursery if we have to, perhaps along with a few warriors for protection, but why not let everyone else stay here? That way the rogues wouldn't know what was going on, and when they try to sneak in our territory, we could catch them and tear their fur off!"

"I have considered that,and i can defentialy see what you mean. I agree in many ways. It has however been decided by all the clans. What can we do to change it now?" Silverstar asked,truly curious to hear any of here clan's ideas.

Blacksquirrel fell silent for a moment, looking at his paws and muttering things in his head. Why couldn't the other Clans be a little bit smarter?
"Leader Silverstar," he meowed, in a more calm manner. "I know that it was agreed by all the Clans, but this plan has too many flaws to just ignore if they're spotted. Why not just do things our own way? If we leave most of our warriors here, there would still be many cats of the other three Clans crowding in EmberClan, more than a match for the rogues if they ever did attack. Surely it coulnd't hurt the plan as a whole?"
Although with just us it might not work part of him pointed our respectively. If they notice the other Clans have gone to EmberClan before they get here, the results may be the same.

"Pitchpaw has a point. All queens and kits should be moved to EmberClan immediately, with a few warriors. The rest of us should stay here." Pitchpaw spoke in a low voice, almost unable to be heard, and flexed his claws into the ground at the thought of fighting.
"I would be happy to take the kits," he mewed in a marginally louder voice, and then lowered his head to hear Silverstar's response to his rather rash words.

"Now is not a time to act rashly" silverstar said.
"We will move the warriors and the queens to Emberclan.Perhaps we will leave a few warriors behind" Silverstar said. " But which ones?" she asked.

Blacksquirrel placed his tail on Pitchpaw's shoulder, the owner of which didn't seem to have confidence in his own voice.
However, when Silverstar replied the trail drooped almost gloomily off the younger tom's shoulders. Only a few warriors behind?
"I could stay behind too," the black cat chimed in at once after Rockfall; though still not satisfied, it was better than nothing.
