Shadowfur materialized from a curtain of thick mist, stepping lightly through phosphorescence as he did so. The darkness was filled with shapes, their pelts gleaming with the light of Silverpelt. Eyes like liquid moonshine stared at him.

"Shadowfur!" That voice was so familiar, and the deputy ran delightedly towards it, paws splashing through rivers of dry stars.

"Mother." Shadowfur licked her glistening pelt and stood back. "Breezewing." The dark grey she-cat nodded, slowly, and the other cats stepped back to give them room.

"Shadowfur, Nightpaw will miss you greatly," Cloudstar mewed. "She will grow up into a great warrior, but dealing with the fact that her mentor was responsible for your death will be hard."

OOC:// Are you allowed to create a cat that starts in StarClan, or do you have to create a cat that dies? And also, on the subject of this, if you have a queen, and that queen has kits, do the kits count as your cats? What if you have 7 cats, and the last one was a queen? Would the queen be unable to give birth? Or would I have to put the cats in the adopt/abandom section (I don't want to do that!) Or is it an added bonus to queens that their kits don't count? That would be cool! (Within reason though. Like don't have a queen have 1000 kits or something. I think 2 or 3 would be good if that was what happened) It would also encourage members to make more cats, especially queens. And if we did that we could have it that only 1 queen per account or something!!
