Mosspaw was lagging behind a bit, probably due to shorter legs, but mimed getting strangled by a worm for eveyone's benefit before putting on burst of speed, bringing her just barely ahead of the grey (OOC:// Silvery?) she-cat.

Rainfur raced ahead and caught up to Wildfur before Mosspaw.

Mosspaw flashed the she-cat a grin and finally caught up to where Wildfur was standing, his body leaning against Rainfur.
Wildfur was looking out at the great expanse of EmberClan territory, consumed by thoughts that were best left inside his head.

Rainfur looked across Emberclan territory.She quitely thought to herself .Luckily there were no cats in there sight on the opposite side of the border.She stood still, fully alert, taking in her surrondings.

Mosspaw was the first to break the silence. "I'll go and mark and check over there, by this tree. And I'll see if I can find something to fill the fresh-kill pile while I'm at it!"
Wildfur blinked, coming back to the present. Reluctantly, he stopped leaning on Rainfur and said, "I'll check up the border as far as TwinTrees. Mosspaw, catch up to me when you're done there, OK?"

Wildfur cracked a grin, rare for his personality, rarer even with the threat of the attacking rogues. "I won't have any parties unless you're there with me, Rainfur." he cooed, fairly badly in Mosspaw's opinion.

Runningrain rolled her ocean-coloured eyes. "Mosspaw," she called, "may I please talk to you for a second?" She paused on her tip-toes, in the feline fashion, and waited.
Composing what she was going to say was fairly easy for the queen, and she settled down on the lush clumps of velvety emerald grass that carpeted the place.

Mosspaw -blocked word-ed her head, unnatural for her but at the time it seemed perfectly appropiate. "What is it?" she asked nervously.
She sat down beside the she-cat, curling her tail around her paws as she did so.

Rainfur started checking out the area she had agreed to patrol.She heare the tiny crunch of mouse walking.She leaped guickly and gracefully, landing inches from the mouse.She grabbed it, dealt the killing blow, and burried him.

Mosspaw was just walking up the slope toward where Wildfur was but was only halfway there, so she saw Rainfur's magnificent catch and congratulated her on it. "Nice catch!" she said cheerfully.
