"Hello Shadowpaw"Spottedpaw said as they walked .Then she heard a mouse.She pounced landed close to it.It tried to ran away but she grabbed it and dealt the killing bite .She then headed back toward the group and buried it.

Icefang, however, did notice the catch and he congratulationed Shadowpaw on it. "Very good!" he complimented. "You'll be a fine hunter."

Shadowpaw gracefully pounced on a finch in a tree and gave it a quick death-bite.

Icefang nodded both his respect for his leader and his agreement with a quick flip of his fluffy-white head. He called to the apprentices still practising their hunting skills near the pond with a curious tail twist but otherwise said noting as he padded doggedly on after his lean deputy.

Shadowpaw gave a quick signal with her tail telling the others to follow. Shadowpaw bounded up to Torrentsplash. There apperared to be something amiss; Shadowpaw could see it on Torrentsplash's face.

Icefang also strope up the shallow slope, taking everything in. "How are the rogues going?" he whispered in her ear, not wanting to upset he apprentices.

Torrentstar didn't feel remotely like explaining herself, or explaining the dark fear was clutching at her heart with icy fingers. "I think," she began, and cleared her throat, "I think we should head back and tell Froststar. Immediately."
And with that, she herded they two wayward apprentices back to the camp.
