I will accept Brightpaw now, but she needs to have at least one serious personality flaw, like she's difficult, stubborn, whatever.

She is always friendly toward other cats and is willing to never give. She could be a bit confusing and anoying at times too.

You need to give her a more serious personality flaw. Her good traits must be balanced with the negative. Confusing and annoying is a bit vague; we're all annoying and confusing at times.
Just make her prickly, refuses to take advice well, obstinate, whatever. Just choose a few flaws that make her human. Or rather, not perfect.
