Yeah.
I actually had the mate idea a long while ago, like a fw days after I signed up. I want to do it again.
I gave it up, however, only a little while ater because I had read that the Warrior Code declares (the one used in the books) that if a deputy (Goldenstar was Goldenlight then) had kits, they would lose their rank. So I forgot about it.
Recently I thought about it again, and coupled with the knowledge that if a leader has kits, the deputy gets control until the leader has given birth, I decided to look for a mate again.
If she gets a mate and becomes a leader/queen, then I will also need some cat, preferrably a cat who has already had kits, to look after whatever kits she has once she regains her leader status. Which is right after they're born.
So Goldenstar needs a mate and a foster mother for her kits. I would like it if the Foster Mother was LightClan, but as for the mate...hey, Bluestar and Oakheart had Mistyfoot and Stormfur, right? From different Clans?
This thread is also for an apprentice for Goldenstar - she wasn't giving Mosspaw the attention she needed, what with all her leadership duties and such, so Mosspaw is now Rainfur's apprentice.
So Goldenstar is mate, kit, and apprentice less. One very lonely cat.
